Need to talk to someone… reach out to one of these hotlines:

“Everything Is Awful and I’m Not Okay: questions to ask before giving up”

Great resource to read through with suggestions that are practical and doable

“My Safety Plan”

When someone is hospitalized for mental health, the final step before being sent home is writing a Safety Plan, at least in my experience. Unfortunately this resource is not usually created until after it would have been most useful. This website offers an online step by step interactive guide to make safety plan or a printable blank version.

Now Matters Now

This website has two different sections. The first section includes skills. There is an extensive list along with a webpage for each and lots of videos from people who have felt like you are feeling now.

They hold weekly virtual meetings you can opt to attend where they teach DBT skills in group format. (I have not attended any of these groups. The set up sounds promising though.)

Never A Bother

This resource is aimed towards teens. I really wish I had come across a website like this when I was a teenager. It is user-friendly and very helpful!
