“How We Feel” App
Free app for tracking and labeling emotions throughout the day. The emotion choice list is expansive, and each emotion has a definition with it to help you choose. It has a beautiful and intuitive app design. This is a personal favorite app.

“CALMzone” App
Tons of mental health tools all in one place. It includes a “Panic Relief” section prepared for easy access during any forms of anxiety panic. Personal Favorite: “Relief from Guilt and Shame” activity.

“Habatica” App
My spouse and I are using this app to keep track of daily self-care tasks, appointments, and household cleaning. It is going pretty well! It is free to download, but it does have available in app purchases. The app is fully usable without payment.

“Insight Timer” App
This app provided many guided visualizations and meditations, as well as a timer that plays a variety of meditation sounds in the background including adding gongs throughout. The app is free to download, but it does have a paywall blocking some of the content. In my opinion, there is a good amount of content unblocked. I utilize this for personal relaxation, when I want to lay down and do deep breathing, and when I put my legs up on the wall (a vagus nerve exercise).
